We have a European standard waterpark consisting of four towers and sixteen slides in total, a FIA-CIK certified go-karting track, air rifle shooting range, and much more! Find out more details on our activities HERE.
For safety reasons, we have introduced certain requirements.
SplashBay Height Requirement:
Some of our SplashBay rides are restricted to guests above 1.2 m in height only.
Guests below 1.2 m in height can enjoy our Kiddies Area which includes the Rookie tower and Speed & Splash (an interactive play structure) and Pixies’ Cove (baby pool).
SplashBay Weight Requirement:
Maximum 100 kg.
SpeedBay Height Requirement:
Guests of age 8+ with a minimum height of 1.4 m can enjoy the main track.
Children of age 4 to 7 and above can go karting in SpeedBay’s Bambino Track.
SpeedBay Weight requirement:
Maximum 120 kg.
No pets allowed due to health and safety concerns.
No outside food and drinks are allowed within the premises, excluding infant food. A range of cuisines, snacks and beverages are available in The Titan restaurant.

Yes, entrances are wheelchair-accessible. Please note that some of our rides and karting may not be accessible for those with physical disabilities due to safety requirements.

For safety and hygiene purposes, only those adhering to the stipulated dress code will be permitted to participate in the activities.
Swimwear is required for all the water attractions:
The following are not considered swimwear:
Swimwear with metal rivets, buttons, buckles, snaps, zippers or sharp objects will not be permitted on the slides as it could potentially injure riders and damage the rides.
Persons who are not toilet trained or incontinent are required to wear swim-rated diapers.

Every driver must wear a helmet, shower cap and gloves.
Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied up and tucked into the shower cap.

Yes, we have the Glory Swimwear shop in SplashBay. We offer swimsuits, swim shorts, rash guards, goggles, inflatable armbands and swim boards, etc.
Tickets can be purchased from our website or from the ticketing counters in the park. To avoid delays, pre-buying of tickets is recommended. Tickets can be used only on the date for which it was purchased and cannot be re-used on a different date.

We allow the following payment methods through our website: Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
Through our ticketing counters in the Park, we offer the following payment methods: Wristband credits, cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and gift vouchers. We accept LKR, USD, AUD, GBP, EURO, RIYAL, AED cash.
Cash can be stored in the wristband by converting it to credits. These credits can then be used to purchase towels, lockers, food, etc. The balance can be redeemed as cash when you leave the park.

Yes, limited lockers and towels are available for rent on first come, first serve basis.

Due to safety concerns, there are height and weight restrictions on some of the rides/ karts. Some of our rides and karting may also not be accessible for those with physical disabilities.

Prior to the park opening, all water bodies will be checked by staff to ensure the pH and chlorine levels adhere to the local safety standards.
Yes, we have trained lifesaving certified lifeguards present all around the water park during operating hours.
We have medical rooms to treat minor injuries as well as an ambulance on standby in case of emergency. Our operations team and lifeguards are certified to handle First-Aid incidents. Nurses will also be available during operational hours.
Please contact any Pearl Bay staff member and they will assist you or call us immediately on 011 422 6000. Lost children will be kept under supervision in the Guest Service Office until parents arrive.

No prior experience is required. Our team will conduct a driver briefing for beginners before the session.
