Should you be at Pearl Bay and due to unforeseen reasons be required to leave the premises, you will be entitled to the following refunds:
If you have been within the park for less than 1 hour without using any of our facility - 100% cash refund.
In the park for less than 2 hours without using any water slides - Complimentary pass for a single visit with 3 months validity.
If you are required to leave the park for reasons outside of your control (park evacuation, bad weather conditions) after less than 3 hours in the park - A complimentary ticket for a single visit without any time bar on the date of use.
If your ticket/karting session has not been used - 100% cash refund.
Incomplete session due to bad weather or closure of the track or reasons outside of your control - Complimentary passes with a 3-months validity period entitling you for the sessions missed/not completed.
If for some reason you are unable to use tickets bought online on the respective date; a change of date can be made upon customer request. Change of date/ cancellation needs to be informed to the Park Management within three hours prior to the Park opening on the date for which the tickets were purchased. No date change will be given in instances where the no-show has not been informed within the required date/time. The date on the purchased ticket will be changed to the rescheduled date when the guest physically visits the park.
Complimentary Tickets or Passes must be redeemed within the validity period indicated on the ticket/pass.
